Technology: Hand-picked grapes, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, aging on lees for 6 months.
Tasting Color: Pale salmon, in the style of "Provence".
Flavors: Tropical fruits, passion fruit.
Taste: Crisp sourness and a long fruity aftertaste.
